Qualifying for Participation

In order to qualify for free participation in one of LOUD’s training programs you must meet the following criteria:

A resident of Lower Orangeburg County or Upper Dorchester County
Currently unemployed or under-employed (making wages below $10/hr)

A formal intake and screening process is required.
